Part of our Vivalis overview. Last checked October 28, 2026.
How to take Vivalis pills depends on which vendor page you read: the Supplement Facts label sets a serving of 1 capsule, with 30 servings per bottle[1], while the vendor's contact FAQ tells buyers to take 2 capsules before breakfast and 1 before dinner[2]. That is a threefold gap.
We would follow the label on the bottle you receive. Because the blend contains DHEA, a hormone precursor, the first step is a conversation with your doctor, not the first capsule.
How do you take Vivalis?
You take Vivalis by mouth as a vegetable capsule. The label we found, a Spanish Supplement Facts panel on govivalis.com, lists a serving size of 1 capsule and 30 servings per container[1]. Read as written, that means 1 capsule a day.
The vendor's contact page gives different directions: "2 capsules before breakfast and 1 before dinner"[2], which is 3 capsules a day. The vendor does not explain the difference.
Two points here are our inference, not vendor instructions:
- We take the printed label as the controlling instruction, because it is printed on the package and is what your bottle will carry.
- The 3-a-day FAQ triples the intake of every blend ingredient, including DHEA, whose amount is not disclosed.
The vendor also says Vivalis "is now Size Booster Pro"[3]. We did not find a label for that formula, so check the directions on whatever arrives.
What is the right dose and timing?
The only printed dose we found is 1 capsule a day. The label does not say what time of day or whether to take it with food[1], and we found no study of the finished product that tested any timing.
Each capsule carries these amounts, per the label[1]:
| Per capsule | Amount | At 3 capsules (FAQ dose) |
|---|---|---|
| Vitamin D3 | 50 mcg (2,000 IU) | 150 mcg (6,000 IU) |
| Niacin | 12 mg | 36 mg |
| Zinc (bisglycinate) | 11 mg | 33 mg |
| Proprietary blend (9 items incl. DHEA) | 545 mg total | 1,635 mg total |
The FAQ dose matters. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements sets the adult upper limit for vitamin D at 4,000 IU a day, and 3 capsules supply 6,000 IU. Its upper limit for niacin from supplements is 35 mg a day[4], and 3 capsules supply 36 mg. At the label dose of 1 capsule, both stay below those limits.
Consistency is the one general habit worth keeping: same time daily, so you can tell whether any change lines up with the capsule.
How long does one bottle last?
One 30-capsule bottle lasts 30 days at the label dose and 10 days at the FAQ dose. Here is the math for each vendor bundle, with prices from the vendor's order page, checked October 28, 2026[5]:
| Package | Vendor price (checked October 28, 2026) | Days at 1 a day (label) | Days at 3 a day (FAQ) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bottle | $89 + $9.99 shipping | 30 | 10 |
| 3 bottles | $177 ($59 each), free US shipping | 90 | 30 |
| 6 bottles | $294 ($49 each), free US shipping | 180 | 60 |
The refund window is 60 days from purchase, and returns are mailed back at your cost. A 6-bottle order outlasts that window at either dose. Full terms are on our Vivalis price and coupon page.
What should you avoid while taking it?
Avoid stacking Vivalis with other products that repeat its ingredients, and do not combine it with prescription medicines until a pharmacist has checked the label. The points below come from the ingredient evidence cards behind our Vivalis ingredients breakdown:
- Other vitamin D, niacin or zinc products. A multivitamin on top of Vivalis adds to the amounts in the table above.
- Other testosterone, DHEA or hormone products. Vivalis already contains DHEA at an unknown dose, and DHEA raised total testosterone and estradiol in a 25-trial analysis[10]. Ask your doctor first if you take hormone or prostate medicine.
- Drug-tested sport. WADA lists DHEA as a banned anabolic agent, in and out of competition, so a tested athlete taking Vivalis could fail a test.
- Blood thinners. NCCIH says ginkgo may raise bleeding risk with anticoagulants such as warfarin[6].
- ED drugs, nitrates and blood pressure drugs. Horny goat weed shows weak PDE5-blocking action in lab work, a theoretical additive effect[7].
- MAO inhibitors and Parkinson's drugs. Mucuna contains L-dopa, and levodopa labeling flags MAO inhibitors taken within 2 weeks[8].
- Surgery. Ginkgo and ginseng both carry bleeding cautions; tell your surgeon you take it.
The full list is on our Vivalis side effects page.
How do you track whether it is doing anything?
Keep a simple dated log from the day before your first capsule, so you have a baseline to compare against. A notebook or phone note is enough:
- Date and dose. Write how many capsules you took and when.
- The outcome you bought it for. Rate energy, sex drive or stamina from 1 to 10 once a week, the same day each week.
- Side effects. Note stomach upset, headache, sleep changes, acne, skin flushing or mood changes the day they start.
- Other changes. New medicines, alcohol, sleep and exercise all move these ratings.
- Day 45 check. Compare against your baseline while you still have time to use the 60-day refund.
Bring the log to your doctor. It is more useful than memory.
When should you stop and talk to a doctor?
Stop taking Vivalis and see a doctor right away if you notice any of these:
- An erection lasting more than 4 hours (a case report links tribulus to a 72-hour priapism that needed surgery[9])
- Yellow skin or eyes, dark urine or pain under the right ribs
- Chest pain, fainting, or a racing or irregular heartbeat
- Unusual bleeding or bruising
- New urinary trouble, breast tenderness or swelling
- Severe rash, swelling of the face or trouble breathing
A check-up before any sexual health supplement lets your doctor look for a cause that needs its own care.
How to take it: our summary
Here is the short version of everything above:
- Talk to your doctor first, because the blend contains DHEA, especially with prostate concerns or a hormone-sensitive condition.
- Follow the label on your bottle: 1 capsule a day on the label we found.
- Do not move to the FAQ's 3 a day without medical advice.
- Skip other vitamin D, niacin, zinc, DHEA or testosterone products.
- Log dose, symptoms and side effects from day one.
- Decide by day 45 so the 60-day refund window is still open.
Our method page explains how we checked these facts.

Frequently asked questions
How many Vivalis capsules should I take a day?
The only Vivalis label we found says 1 capsule a day, with 30 servings per bottle. The vendor FAQ says 3 a day. Follow the label on the bottle you receive and ask your doctor before taking more, because the blend contains DHEA.
Should I take Vivalis with food?
The Vivalis label we found does not say whether to take it with or without food, and no study of the finished product tested timing. The vendor FAQ says before breakfast and before dinner. Pick one consistent time and ask a pharmacist if your stomach gets upset.
How long does a bottle of Vivalis last?
A 30-capsule bottle lasts 30 days at the label dose of 1 capsule a day, or 10 days at the vendor FAQ dose of 3 a day. A 6-bottle bundle covers 180 days at the label dose or 60 days at the FAQ dose.
Can I take Vivalis with Viagra or blood pressure pills?
Ask your doctor first. Horny goat weed in Vivalis shows weak PDE5-blocking action in lab work, so it could add to ED drugs, nitrates or blood pressure medicine. Ginkgo may also raise bleeding risk with blood thinners such as warfarin.
Can I take Vivalis with a multivitamin?
Check the amounts first. One Vivalis capsule already has 2,000 IU vitamin D3, 12 mg niacin and 11 mg zinc. Adding a multivitamin, or taking the FAQ dose of 3 capsules, can push vitamin D and niacin past the NIH upper limits.
