Vivalis Complaints: BBB Rating, Buyer Feedback and Refund Terms

Vivalis complaints are hard to read directly. A BBB profile with the Vivalis label phone number is rated D+, but we did not read its complaint text, and Trustpilot blocked our check. The FDA shows no recalls or adverse event reports under the name. The vendor says it has never had a complaint, and its refund terms carry conditions worth reading first.

Part of our Vivalis overview. Last checked October 28, 2026.

Vivalis complaints on the public record come down to one data point: a BBB profile named Vivalis, with the same (877) 703-9006 phone number printed on the label, carries a D+ rating.[1][2] The vendor's contact page says "we have not received a single complaint".[3] We did not read the individual BBB complaints, so this page reports the rating and the refund terms, not buyer stories.

What do Vivalis complaints and buyer reports say?

The outside record on Vivalis is thin. The clearest signal is the D+ BBB rating on a profile with the label's phone number and ZIP code 80011, checked October 28, 2026.[1] We saw the rating, not the complaint text, so we cannot say what buyers reported.

Federal records show nothing under the name. The FDA's openFDA database lists no recalls and no adverse event reports for the brand "vivalis". Trustpilot blocked our request and has no archived copy, so it is NOT checked. Reddit, Amazon buyer pages and UK forums are NOT checked either.

On the vendor side, the sales video page shows 6 Facebook-style comments under a "Showing 6 of 6,567 comments" line, and a text sales page claims "4.98/5 based on 2000+ reviews" without naming a source.[4][5] Neither can be traced to a real buyer.

Where does Vivalis buyer feedback come from?

Vivalis buyer feedback comes from three kinds of places: consumer complaint sites, federal safety databases and the vendor's own pages. Each tells you something different, and several could not be checked. The table shows what each source can and cannot tell you, as of October 28, 2026.

What do complaints usually focus on?

Complaints about mail-order supplements like Vivalis tend to cluster around refunds, what arrives in the box, dosing and extra charges. The table ties each type to a Vivalis fact you can check before you order. These are categories to watch for, not quotes from Vivalis buyers.

Complaint typeWhat it may point toWhat to verify
Refund smaller than expectedThe return policy allows "partial refunds" and refunds after inspection[6]The return policy wording and the 14-day ship-back window
Product differs from the adThe sales page names tongkat ali and saw palmetto; the label found lists neither[2]The Supplement Facts panel on your bottle

Can sales-page testimonials be trusted?

Sales-page testimonials for Vivalis cannot be checked, so they should not carry weight in your decision. The 6 comments on the sales video page have no profile links, no dates you can verify and no way to reply, and they sit under a "342 People are watching" counter.[4]

The FTC's Endorsement Guides say endorsements must reflect the honest experience of real users, and that a typical result must not be implied when it is not typical. We have not seen any FTC action about Vivalis; FTC records are NOT checked.

The vendor also says "most people start feeling a difference within the first week", with no study behind the figure.[5] We do not quote buyers on this site unless we can link to where they posted. For what the ingredients have shown in trials, see whether Vivalis works.

How do you judge a testimonial before believing it?

Judge a Vivalis testimonial by whether you can trace it to a real person and a real date. Run these five checks on any comment, video or star score before it shapes your purchase.

1. Can you find the person?

A real post links to a profile with other history. A name and photo on the seller's page is not enough.

2. Is the rating source named?

A score such as "4.98/5" means little unless the page names who collected it.

3. Does it name the right product?

Comments praising "Size Booster Pro" may describe a different formula from the Spanish Vivalis label.

4. Does it repeat the sales page?

A comment that echoes vendor lines such as "Boosts performance, increases stamina" adds nothing new.

5. Is a paid link disclosed?

Affiliate pages, including this one, must say they earn commissions. Look for that line.

What refund problems should you check before ordering?

The main refund risk with Vivalis is the gap between the "No Questions Asked 100% Money Back Guarantee" in the contact FAQ and the conditions in the return policy.[3] You must email support@govivalis.com within 60 days of purchase, then ship the bottles at your own cost within 14 days of starting the return to 19655 E 35th Dr #100, Aurora, CO 80011, and email the tracking number.[6]

The policy allows partial refunds, lists "some health and personal care items" as non-returnable, and pays after inspection. Refused packages have the shipping cost taken off the refund. BuyGoods, the retailer, also takes refund requests. Our Vivalis price and refund page sets out each step.

How we gathered this feedback

On October 28, 2026 we searched the BBB for "vivalis" and matched the profile's phone number and ZIP code to the label.[1][2] We queried openFDA for recalls and adverse event reports under the brand name. Trustpilot returned an error and had no archived copy. We read the vendor's sales, contact, return policy, upsell and rebrand pages the same day. Our general method is on the how we check products page.

Our take on the feedback

The record we could reach does not show a wave of documented harm, and it does not support the vendor's claim of zero complaints either. A D+ BBB rating on the label's own phone number is the one hard data point, and it argues for care.

If you order, keep the confirmation email, note the 60-day and 14-day deadlines, and read the label on arrival. Our Vivalis legitimacy check covers the seller in more depth.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Vivalis BBB rating?

A BBB profile named Vivalis, listed with the label phone number (877) 703-9006 and ZIP code 80011, was rated D+ when we checked on October 28, 2026. We did not read the individual complaints, so we cannot summarize what buyers reported.

What is the Vivalis rating on Trustpilot?

We could not check. Trustpilot blocked our request on October 28, 2026, and no archived copy of the govivalis.com page exists. Read any star score there with its dates and profiles in view, and compare it with the D+ BBB rating.

Has the FDA recalled Vivalis?

No recall appears in the FDA openFDA database under the name Vivalis, and there are no adverse event reports filed under that brand name, as of October 28, 2026. FDA warning letters were not checked. No record does not mean a product is safe.

How do I file a complaint about a Vivalis order?

Email support@govivalis.com first and keep a copy. If that fails, contact BuyGoods, the retailer that processed the payment. You can also file with the BBB, which lists a Vivalis profile under the label phone number.

Are the comments on the Vivalis website real?

They cannot be verified. The sales video page shows 6 Facebook-style comments under a line saying 6,567 exist, with no profile links or dates you can trace. Read them as advertising copy written or chosen by the seller.
